The Holiday House
Hearth of the property, for position and importance, is obviously the main Villa, suitable for 8-10 people.
It is a modern and elegant building, ended in 1971, of roughly 250 square meters per floor:
· Basement floor with tavern, garage and cellars;
· Ground floor, “living areas” with entrance, living-room, dining-room, study, kitchen, wardrobe, service room and bathroom;
· First floor, “night areas” with four bed-rooms and three bathrooms.
Many porches are connecting in a natural way the house with the garden all around: it is a matter of fact that, during the day, the life is spent more under these porches than inside, although the lounges are very large and comfortable!
Beside the car entrance to the property, an old farmer’s house as been transformed into the Small white house, suitable for 3-4 people, with separate pedestrian entrance and also endowed with a nice porch.
At the ground floor there is the living room with a sofa-bed and the kitchen corner, whereas at the first floor there is a big double bedroom, facing at dawn, a second bedroom with a queen size bed and a large bathroom.
Facing the old square of the village, Piazza Marconi, there is the Small Castle, suitable for 4-5 people, once upon a time a rural house used also as a stable, transformed into a fascinating and glamorous house, vertically developed and culminating with a small tower with upper terrace.

Ground floor with living room, study, kitchen and bathroom.
First floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Marvellous surrounding to these three houses is the large Garden-Park, 10.000 square meters wide, with century old trees and large green lawns, paths, ponds, terraces, glasshouse and many interest points.
In front of the Villa and available for common use exclusively of the inhabitants of the three houses, the beautiful Swimming Pool, 6,30 metres large and 12,60 meters long, from 110 to 280 centimetres deep, with children’s slide and diving-board.
The water of the swimming pool can be heated and there is a large Solarium area with lying beds.

Arrival
Gattico is a small village situated in Piemonte (the region of Turin), in the province of Novara, not far from the southern point of the lake Maggiore (the lake of Locarno and Stresa).
It is 70 km far from Milan, 110 km from Turin and 90 km from the Simplon Pass, border with Canton Vallese in Switzerland.
You can easily find it on the road maps because in its territory is situated the Motorway Junction A26-A8dir. It is the point where the motorway A26 linking Genova Voltri (South, on the Mediterranean sea) and Gravellona Toce (North, in the direction of Simplon Pass) is connected with the motorway A8 coming from Milan (South-East, through Gallarate and Sesto Calende).
Along this motorway A8 is also situated the International Airport of Milano Malpensa 2000, only 25 km far from Gattico.
If you arrive along the motorways, the best exits are:
· Borgomanero, if you are arriving from South (Genova-Alessandria-Novara) along the A26 – after the Pay Toll, at the Stop, turn left to Borgomanero and at the entrance of the town, just follow the indications to Gattico;
· Arona, if you are arriving from North (Switzerland-Simplon Pass-Gravellona Toce) always along the A26 – after the Pay Toll, at the Stop, turn right in the direction of Arona and in the first village of Oleggio Castello turn right following the indications to Gattico;
· Castelletto Ticino, if you are arriving from East (Milano-Gallarate-Sesto Calende) along the A8dir - after the Pay Toll, at the first parting of the road take left in the direction of Novara and after a few hundreds meters take right, where the road start to climb, towards Borgomanero; 6 km after you will enter in the village og Gattico.
The property is situated in the old square of the village, Piazza Marconi.

- Full payment in advance for rentals up to 2 months, monthly in advance from 3 to 6 months rentals, every two months in advance over 6 months rentals.
