Location and surroundings
The short ride from Cagliari coasts you alongside the Santa Gilla lagoon reserve, where you will see pink flamingos along with many other aquatic bird species that live here all year long. You can visit this unique lagoon by choosing a route and following one of the itineraries available.
At only minutes away you can visit the park of Monte Arcosu, one of the biggest oases run by the WWF, rich in fauna and where rare species of Sardinia deer are also found. Nearby you will also find the Is Molas Golf Club, a beautiful 18-hole golf course, which has staged both the Italian Open and the P.G.A. Challenge tour. Further ahead, still taking the SS 195, you will come to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island: Chia, Capo Spartivento, Tuerredda are only a few of the many beaches.
