The Holiday Apartments
Ancient country court dated back to 1733, built round a mill for rice.
Farm of 44 hectares, cultivated according to natural methods as orchard and sowed.
In the old barns we have derived 5 large rooms, of which two for disabled people, all with two beds with private bathroom, 2 standard mini-apartments and 2 deluxe apartments, from 2 to 5 people, with one or 2 bedrooms each, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen corner. Deluxe apartments are air-conditioned.

Location and surroundings
We are located in the centre of a circle with a radius of 50 Km (less than one hour by car) in which you find some of the most beautiful art cities in northern Italy, Verona (45 km of Expressway SS434), Vicenza, Padova, Rovigo, Ferrara e Mantova. Without forgetting some smaller and nearer towns like Este, Montagnana and Monselice. And for a very different kind of day, Venice is 90 Km far away, and Garda Lake and the Adriatic coast are about the same distance.
We are situated in a small village in the open countryside, but the village centre is 1 km far, with all the basic shops (10 minutes walk), while the main village, with all its shops and supermarkets, is 3 km away (10 minutes by bike).

- The Standard Mini-apartment rate (Nespola or Pesca - Medlar or Peach) is 140,00 € per night, apart from the number of the guests (maximum five guests), plus a contribution for the final cleaning and tidying up as hereunder indicated.
- The Deluxe apartment rate is 120,00 € per night for Rose apartment (maximum three guests) and 160,00 € per night for Lavender apartment (maximum four guests).
- Self serve breakfast is NOT included, but it may be arranged the previous evening (5,00 € per person).
