The little village Pomaia is about 1 km from the house and here you find everything for your daily necessities. Pomaia has also some cultural-religious importance: Here you find one of the most important Centres for Tibetan Buddhism 'Istituto Lhama Tzong Khapa' with it's vast variety of courses.
The unique landscape, flora and fauna of the area, the macchia mediterranea, olive groves, wine yards and wheat fields, wild boars and pheasants create an unforgettable experience for the seeker of simplicity and nature.

by M. Lotz from BuseckKann ich für zwei Personen absolut weiter empfehlen. Gerade auch mit Hund. Sehr nette Vermieter, toller großer Garten. Alles ebenerdig und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Wer auf einen komfortablen TV wert legt, wird hier enttäuscht werden, aber mich hat dies in der Woche absolut nicht gestört, da die Toskana genügend Möglichkeiten bietet, was man sich anschauen kann. Und romantische Sonnenuntergänge über dem Olivenhain wärmen das Herz wesentlich mehr als eine Flimmerkiste.
