The Holiday Apartments
The vacation house got built in 2007 on a hill in a very calm position and has a beautiful swimming pool.
The Guesthouse (ground floor) has a living space of 60 sqm and from the terrace a direct access to the pool. The Guesthouse (1st floor) has a living space of 85 sqm, it's own entrance and a beautiful big balcony, where you can enjoy "Outdoor-living".
The vacation homes are newly and with high quality furnitures equipped.
They comes with a well equipped kitchen, bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom. The furnishing is of teakwood, the bathroom and the kitchen are of granite and tiles.
The beautiful pool gets cleaned by the gardener every day. Sun lounger and bath towels are at your disposal every day.

The idyllic Villa Tara is situated on a approx. 1000 sqm non-visible estate in the jungle on a hill. It is only 7 minutes to the sea and the city center.

Location and surroundings
Hikkaduwa is a small coastal city in the south-west of Sri-Lanka. It is approx. 100 kms south of the capital city Colombo and 20 kms north-west of the provincial capital Galle.
The village stretches along the coastline and the main street, as well as along the railway line Colombo - Galle.
Far into the 70's Hikkaduwa was a dreamy fishing village. It got discovered by surfers or hippies which enjoyed the untouched beauty of nature.
Today there is a large variety of entertainment and shopping possibilities.
The coral reef is a very popular area to go diving or snorkeling.
Along the Galle Road there are plenty of shops for food, fruits and vegetables, tea, jewels, hand crafts and also a gallery.

Das Gefühl: ...ich bin auf Urlaub...wandelt sich in: ...ich bin daheim.....Gute Geister stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite um Neuankömmlingen das Leben zu erleichtern. Die Appartements sind im landesüblichen Stil wunderschön eingerichtet - die Küchen sind perfekt! Der Pool macht es fast schwer an den nur wenige Minuten entfernten Strand zu gehen! Ich war schon 2 x Gast und ich komme sicher wieder!

by Urlauber from StuttgartVon der ersten Minute an ein absolutes Wohlfühl-Feeling! Das Haus im Design-Kolonialstil, das Appartement mit Antiquitäten ausgestattet, und das alles nur 2 Schritte vom Pool entfernt. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und doch zurückhaltend!
