The Holiday House
The vacation house got built in 2007 on a hill in a very calm position and has a very beautiful swimming pool.
The "Master-House" has a living space of 120 sqm on two floors. It also has a terrace, a balcony and direct access to the pool. The vacation house is newly and with high quality furnitures equipped.
It comes with a well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a dressing room and a bathroom. The furnishing is of teakwood, the bathroom and the kitchen are of granite and tiles.
The beautiful pool gets cleaned by the gardener every day. Sun lounger and bath towels are at your disposal every day.
The housekeeping will clean the rooms five times a week and will change the bed linen. Towels and bed linen are included.
By request we can also offer a laundry service.
Special features
The idyllic Villa Tara is situated on a approx. 1000 sqm non-visible estate in the jungle on a hill. It is only 7 minutes to the sea and the city center.

Location and surroundings
Hikkaduwa is a small coastal city in the south-west of Sri-Lanka. It is approx. 100 kms south of the capital city Colombo and 20 kms north-west of the provincial capital Galle.
The village stretches along the coastline and the main street, as well as along the railway line Colombo - Galle.
Far into the 70's Hikkaduwa was a dreamy fishing village. It got discovered by surfers or hippies which enjoyed the untouched beauty of nature.
Today there is a large variety of entertainment and shopping possibilities.
The coral reef is a very popular area to go diving or snorkeling.
Along the Galle Road there are plenty of shops for food, fruits and vegetables, tea, jewels, hand crafts and also a gallery.

by Silvia Geist from WienDie Ferienwohnungen sind super ... das Masterhaus: Einfach perfekt!!! Wunderschön ausgestattet -Bad/Küche/Schlafzimmer!!- läßt es sich hier herrlich leben! Die guten Geister des Hauses helfen gerne beim Einkaufen oder wenn man mittels Tuck-Tuck zu den Restaurants gebracht oder von dort geholt werden möchte! Der Pool verleitet fast, dass man den nur wenige Minuten entfernten Strand nicht täglich besucht und gerne einen "homeday" macht! Es ist: Einfach herrlich!

We were surprised by the friendlyness of the people and the excellent food. On the beautiful beach - which is only some minutes away by Tuck-Tuck :-) We found a good variety of bars and resturants. We'll come back for sure and stay longer to explore this beautifull country.

Ein Traum!

by Dr. Jörg Crailsheim from WienDas "Masterhaus" (Top 1) ist perfekt ausgestattet, die äußerst gepflegte Anlage traumhaft, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und bemüht. Der stets saubere Pool hat es fast schwer gemacht, die wenigen Minuten zum Sandstrand zu gehen. Dort haben einige Lokale und Restaurants für leibliches Wohl gesorgt. Und auch die Möglichkeit von "Massage unter Palmen" muss man genießen.
Für Ausflüge, sei es mit den "Tuck-Tucks" oder mit dem klimatisierten Kleinbus, waren die Mitarbeiter der Anlage stets unterstützend bereit und haben auch lohnende Ausflugsziele wie die "Mondstein-Mine", Klöster, Schildkrötenfarm, Maskenstadt und Vieles mehr empfohlen.
