The Holiday Apartment
Cosy and well equipped 3 1/2 - rooms - apartment of 85 m2 in 1. floor situated at the northern part of Lienz with an incredible Dolomites Panorama view to the south,
looking from the hilly surroundings to the south from our balcony and the sunny living room, from the north balcony to the Zettersfeld mountains.
In the living room we have an additional sleeping couch if needed. There are 2 double sleeping rooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining corner for 5 - 6 persons, separate wc-room and separate shower and bath-room.
Non-smoker-apartment. There is a reserved parking for you.

You can compare Lienz with Bozen/Italy for climate an southern flair, lying between the Alps in the north and the Dolomites in the south.
The apartment is at the northern end of Lienz, in a real quiet region and in spite of that only 12 minutes by foot to the center.
The nearest supermarket is 250m of distance. In front of the apartment house sufficient parking place, in any case opposite to the entrance a reserved garage.

Fabulous two weeks!

by J. Isaacs from LondonMy wife and I together with an Austrian friend from Lienz spent a fabulous two weeks during Easter 2011 in ‘apartment Stoehr ‘. Fully equipped with everything needed for a most enjoyable holiday the apartment is excellently appointed with pleasant furnishing and comfortable beds. The large lounge with panoramic picture window and its adjacent and ample balcony gives wonderful views of the Dolomites opposite and the kitchen has everything needed for even the most demanding chef (me!). A small but quite adequate supermarket is a mere 5 minute walk away and the centre of the town an easy 15 minute stroll.
The general tranquillity of the setting, despite being in the outskirts of the town, is very relaxing and access to the wonderful Austrian outdoors is immediate with excellent transport facilities even for those without a car. However, if you come by car or hire one whilst there, parking is provided both on the roadside outside the apartment or under cover at no extra cost.
All in all a great ‘home from home’ experience. -

It was a wonderful time here in Lienz. Skiing and snowboarding excellent. It was a great time here and a general reason was a great appartment where we felt like at home. This was the best place where we are staying while we are travelling.... Your appartment are very personal, cosy and warm (and have a very good aura - something not visible, but it can feel).
