The Ski Lodge

The ski lodges are designed for 14 persons on two levels. The dining room with its comfy corner seat offers enough space to enjoy a meal together. The living room can be seperated from the dining room by a sliding door. This way the living room turns into a private bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed (180 x 200 cm).

Furthermore there are five more bedrooms. Three of them are arranged with a double bed, one of them with two single beds, and an other one with a double bed and a bunk bed. You have four bathrooms to your disposal, one of the bathrooms includes a huge and modern integrated sauna. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, fridge including a freezer, coffee machine, water boiler and a toaster.

The big south-west terrace invites you to relax in a deck-chair. Free internet access in every bedroom and the dining room is standard in our ski lodges.
Dogs permitted, family friendly, pets allowed, winter sports, winter-residence.

Location and surroundings

The Zillertal Arena is located at 1600-2500 metres and it is the biggest connected ski-region of the Zillertal with 165 slope kilometres and 51 ski-lifts. The Zillertal Arena leaves nothing to be desired. There are funparks with halfpipes for snowboarders, miles long deep powder snow slopes, four permanent race tracks and bunny hills for beginners.

A favorite and well worth seeing place of excursions are the “Krimmler Wasserfälle” , the fifth highest waterfalls in the wold with a head of water of 380 metres. The whole beauty of the cascades you can admire from the view points on the 4 kilometres long waterfall path.
Besides that, you can visit europes highest astronomical observatory in Königsleiten.
