It has 2 exits to the balcony and terrace; fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, water heater, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, microwave, utensils); a bathroom (with douche cabin, hair drier), SAT-TV, air-conditioning; balcony (overlooking the sea), terrace (overlooking the sea, sun-protected, with garden furniture). All furnitures are new and of very good quality.
