entschuldige, dass ich mich jetzt erst melde, aber als wir nach Hause kamen hat uns ein wenig die Arbeit überrollt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen in Deinem Haus in Cuyo. Wir werden auch gerne wiederkommen und es weiterempfehlen. -

by Alexander Feulner from Hof/SaaleIm September 2010 dort gewesen, ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Zentrum nahe, aber trotzdem ruhig mit Park gelegen. Vermieter super nett, hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert. Gute Tipps für Ausflüge bekommen. VW Käfer gab es dazu. Stilgerecht zu Mexiko. Autofahren ist dort richtig entspannend. Nicht so hektisch wie wir Deutsche. Tolle Strände und viele Ausflüge mit Käfer selbst gemacht. So lernt man das echte Mexiko kennen, abseits von dem ganzen Tourismus (wenn man will!). Handy gab uns Vermieter auch noch, so hatten wir immer schnellen Kontakt. Rundum perfekt vom Vermieter organisiert.

Gem in El Cuyo

by Henrike Hultsch from BerlinFrom the moment of a late night arrival (: stars, nothing but stars), through idling away the days on white sands, until waving good-bye to our friendly hosts - our stay at Hazienda del Cuyo clearly outperformed our expectations. Facilities, service, the clean private beach and the surrounding nature life: hard to be topped. The place got priority in our list of places to revisit.

The village, the house, the beach were all amazing. a must do: Rio Lagartos and holbox(?) with Ramiro (he can also cook an amazing meal) we done El Cuyo first then a Yucutan round trip ending up at Tulum (Soliman Bay) tip if you'r doing similar, the other way round. (El Cuyo last) watch out for the police, they are not your friend and helper (in El Cuyo , no problem)

Chilling out in the Turquoise Ocean...

by Rafael Rojas from Mexico CityStayed at el Cuyo exactly a year ago and the reason I'm writing this review until now is because the excess of work and things to do all day long did not allow me to share this great experience at el Cuyo before. Actually because of all this stress that most of us live everyday, is that my partner and me decided to take a getaway to a place like el Cuyo where if I needed to describe it in two words I would say "Peacefulness" and "Paradise".
Water, even if not being right on the Caribbean side is turquoise color and like an inmense pool, so yo can be there just chilling out in the water or swimming for hours... just remember to make sure to use a high factor sunblock so you don't burn yourselves as we did, since we were having such a great time that we forgot about that... ha ha ha.
If like us, you are looking for a place to get out of the big cities stress life and discover what a real mexican fisher's village is, while staying in a beachfront property with all needed amenities and under excellent conditions, you have to visit Hacienda del Cuyo whose owner and manager, Matthias, will make sure you have nothing to worry about and just relax!!!
By the way, if you like seafood, you have to try the "ceviche" made by the housekeeper with real fresh seafood.
