The Holiday Apartment
The apartment is located in a south Delhi residential neighbourhood, Malviya Nagar, around 12 kms from the international Airport and just under 3 kms from Qutub Minar. The local market for daily needs is walking distance from the apartment.
The apartment itself is located on the second floor of a three storey house. 80 sq metres of living space is divided into a living room with a small dining area and a open kitchen, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two balconies. The entrance to the apartment is through the front balcony overlooking a park.
The apartment is furbished and decorated in accordance with the western taste. The cozy living room is equipped with a plush sofa set, TV with cable connection (access to international channels such as BBC World, CNN, DWTV, Discovery), a DVD player, music sysem and a landline telephone connection. Moreover you have a wide selection of books and DVDs at your disposal. The living room is overlooking a small but comfortable dining area and a open kitchen furnished with modern equipment including a cooking range and oven, microwave, an electronic water dispenser for cold and hot drinking water as well as a refrigerator.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a wall to wall large wardrobe and ensuite bath with a shower cubicle with running hot and cold water.
The guest bedroom offers a bunk bed and a writing table. This room could be used as a guest bedroom to sleep 2 or as a kid´s room or even a study cum office depending on your requirements. This room has a ensuite bath as well.
Some other important features of the apartment that make your stay comfortable include a inverter as emergency power back up incase of power faliure, airconditioners in the living room as well as in the master bedroom, a fully automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board, a Broadbandcable for Internet connection, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas connection, utensils and cutlery and good quality bed linen as well as towels.
We can arrange for a Housemaid for cleaning and washing, a driver or a cook upon request. Similarly, your favourite magazines and newspapers may also be ordered to be door delievered with prior arrangement. An english speaking contact person is available on call at all times during your stay.
The apartment has a no smoking policy and pets are not allowed.
