The Holiday Apartment

Our apartments are situated in a private villa, located just 400 meters from the shoreline with majestic views of Zadar channel and the island of Ugljan.

Our residence includes 4 apartments for 4+2 people, 2 apartments for 2+2 people and 1 apartments for 6+2 and studio apartments for 2 people.
Each apartment is furnished with a satellite television set, A/C unit,central heating as well as a covered patio with a sea view. Free wireless ADSL-internet is available to all our guests and for occupants without a computer.
When designing and decorating the Apartments Zubcic we strived to create an attractive and private atmosphere that will meet the needs of our guests.

All apartments have air condition, sat tv, central heating, internet. The owners speak german and english.
