The Cottage
A detached, stone built original farmhouse that has been sensitively renovated by the architect and artist owners to create lively, comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to 10 people. Large open plan, double hight living area with comfortable seating, freeview tv, dvd, woodburner at one end, a well equipped kitchen diner at the other with seating for 10. Private back garden with seating, barbecue, and own driveway. 2 downstairs bedrooms (1xdble&1xtwin) large wetroom with shower, wc and basin, cloakroom and utility room. Upstairs; 3 bedrooms (1xdble&2xtwin) and bathroom. Games room attached with snooker, table tennis etc, large outdoor playarea with swings etc, football field. Outdoor solar heated 12x5m pool and sauna for shared use.
Special features
The beautiful sandy beaches and pretty towns, Tenby and Pembroke, of South Pembrokeshire can be reached in 20 minutes and the more rugged coastline of the North and West are 45 minutes away. For excellent local produce we have Yerbeston Farm Shop 100metres up the road and the lively market town of Narberth, with all manner of shops, cafes and galleries is 10 minutes drive away. Our local pub is the Cresselly Arms, down on the waters edge – well known for its setting and a great place to watch the sun go down.

Additional amenities
The play area is a great place for children to meet - away from the cottages and surrounded by fields with fort, swings, slide, caravan, sandpit.. and a field for football. The games room is a converted barn with pool, table tennis and football, lots of books, an old piano and woodburner. There is also an old railway carriage with a store of wood and recycling facilities. We have a swimming pool to share too, 12x5m, outdoor, solar heated with a sauna next to itFloor plans

Location and surroundings
We are on the edge of the National Park and a great place from which to explore Pembrokeshires beaches, attractions, waterways and countryside. Also on the Landsker trail so good walking and cycling from the door. The immediate surroundings are conserved because of its rich and varied plant and wildlife and we are also close the the Cleddau Estuary (Pembrokeshires Secret Waterways) and the ancient woodlands at Canaston and Minwear. The house is well equipped with informative brochures and walking maps. We have spent many years restoring Little Loveston to create a unique place that people return to again and again because of the tranquil, rural surroundings, relaxed and friendly atmosphere and useful central location for exploring.

Arrival
Carry on A40 west from Carmarthen. At Canaston Bridge roundabout turn left onto A4075 for 7 km. We are 100metres on the left after crossroads with Yerbeston Farmshop on right. There is a sign at the gate and also a red reflector to help those arriving in the dark. If you are coming by train, we will be happy to meet you at Narberth station and bring you to Little Loveston.
