The vacation apartment is located on the first floor of an attractive village house
The apartment is spread over two floors on the first floor there is a very well equipped kitchen/ sitting room with television and a sofa for two.
One airy bedroom with a double and a single bed or the beds can be 3 singles one and a bathroom. The second floor there is a second bedroom with double bed and a wonderful terrace with terrace furniture and spectacular views of the surrounding landscape.
Having recently been refurbished it has a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. It is ideal for a family or group.

A charming walking and cycle track all a long the sea front built on the line of a disused railway line which runs for, almost the entire length of the coast, from San Lorenzo al Mare to San Remo. The 24 kilometres breathtaking stretch provides access to five kilometres of previously unreachable beaches. The path is a cyclist’s dream: flat and wide, sourrounded by trees and flowers, it is perfect for families and for experienced cyclists

Civezza is only 4 km from the coast and sea. Inland from the sea there are plenty of historical villages and sites to visit.
Our properties are in the centre of wonderful walking territory and in all our vacation apartments you will find leaflets with details of all the treks/walks, beaches and sites to visit during your stay. These walks will enable you to admire the beautiful coastline and some of the historical villages in the surrounding area.

How to get to Civezza
-By car from Milan:Tade the motorway A7 in the direction of Genova, and follow the signs towards Ventimiglia. Take the exit marked Imperia Ovest.
From Torino, take the A6 to Savona. Follow the signs towards Ventimiglia, and come off the motorway at Imperia Ovest.
From Nice. Take the A10 to Genova and come off the motorway at Imperia Ovest. After leaving the motorway turn left and follow the signs towards San Lorenzo al Mare eventually on your right you find the turning for Civezza.
