Primarily, you should recover here and enjoy your vacation in most comfortable manner.
Our house is in a especially quiet location. It takes less than five minutes by foot to arrive at the bus stop or restaurants. There in winter you can catch the ski bus for free that takes you to the station of the "Leoganger Asitzbahnen". Back to our house you can go simply over the ski route. So you can forget your car.
The house also offers a room with its own guest kitchen for you. And there is a separate lockable room to keep your bycicles safe.

If you do not want to ski or visit us in the summer, offers itself a multitude of leisure time pleasure.
We are located in direct vicinity to the leisure time area of Leogang (heated outdoor swimming-pool, sauna, Solarium, tennis concern and soccer place) and the centre of the village and the supermarket. If you bring your own car we have a separate lockable garage for your bikes.
Important: only 5 minutes away by feet (in bike it takes two minutes) there is a supermarket. In the baker´s shop you can get all of the year fresh bread even on sunday. In the wintaerseason also the supermarket is opan on sunday.
