The Apartments

Materada Residence is a newly built apartment complex in the northern part of Porec, overlooking the sea. It is located in a beautiful bay surrounded by centuries-old pines and oaks. The apartments are modern with all the content that gives you a relaxing and casual leave.

Our facility spreads over 20,000 square fenced area and has a capacity of 32 apartments for 2 to 7 persons. Available are three apartment types in different sizes: A2 for 2 to 4 persons, A4 for 4 to 6 people and A5 for 5 to 7 persons. (more information under "Floor Plan")

All apartments have a kitchen equipped with: microwave, coffeemaker, cookware and cutlery. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price

Location and surroundings

The swimming pool with children pool and pool bar at our facility is ideal for anyone looking for an intimate atmosphere. As well as two whirlpools, and chairs with umbrellas. Our guests can take advantage of the fenced area for their cars.
If you love to prepare yourself grilled specialties, you can do that at our barbecue area with wooden tables and benches.
