The Holiday House
It offers three bedrooms, two lofts, three relaxing areas with original fireplace, one kitchen, one spacious dining room and two bathrooms equipped with shower.
Spacious wardrobes and functional open shelves allow the guests to store their luggage and clothes.
Each bedroom sleeps four people, with one bunk bed for two of them. In case more sleeping accommodations are needed, further three people can be lodged on an open loft.
The spacious living areas available in the house are very suitable for yoga practice and meditation sessions.
Outside there is a wide lawn with table and barbecue.
The house can host up to 12 people and it is open all year.

The house, an XVIII century historical monument, covers a total living surface of 200 square meters, distributed among a few floors and half floors.

The variety of landscapes and climate of Valposchiavo is considerable: from the high peaks and the glaciers of the eastern Alps to the idyllic Val da Camp with its alpine clear lakes, to the mediterranean climate of Valtellina in Italy.
Interesting and exciting hiking can start directly from the holiday house.
A lot of trips, such as Poschiavo lake tour, can be undertaken alternating walking and travelling on Bernina red train or postal car.
Ideal for relaxing and suitable for summer and winter hiking, climbing, mountain bike riding and skiing.
