A large balcony is adjoining the kitchen and the living-room of the lower apartment. Here you can sit already in February at many days enjoying warm temperatures, sun and the beautiful sight.
At the lower floor of the apartment there are two large sleeping rooms for 4 persons. The bathroom is equipped with WC and bath-tub.

Location and surroundings
Enjoy living in a small Provencal town in a one century old house. Out of the two new renovated apartments you have a dreamlike view about the Pays de Fayence.
A parking place is situated 50m apart from the house.
You can reach a little bakery and a tobacco shop in 3 minutes by feed. There are also several little restaurants reachable in a few minutes by feed. At some of them you have a beautiful sight to the surrounding countryside.
The distance to the beautiful lake of St Cassien with several possibilities of water sports is just 7 km. To the sea (Cannes) you go by car in 25 minutes.
