Approx. 80m², 3 bedrooms 2 of which are double rooms and one room with bunk beds, balcony and terrace, each room has a safe, flatscreen TV, bed-linen and towels are available, finnish sauna, heated whirlpool, 2 showers with hair-dryers, 2 separate WC's, underground parking places and additional parking directly in front of the cabin, WI-FI (for free), living room with couch, flatscreen TV and radio, kitchen with washbasin, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment, ceramic stove top and dining table. Common using of barbecue place (only in summer), skiroom, washing machine and laundry dryer (for a fee). Self catering.

„In Soldens best Location“ on the sunny side of Gruenwald here you can find our modern cottages, built in 2008. With a perfect panorama view located at a height of 1500 meters. In winter directly beneath the ski slopes of the legendary Giggijoch gondola (Nr. 21 and 22) an in summer directly beneath the most beautifullest tracking routes of the region Oetztal. You can reach Soelden center by feet in 1,5 kilometers. Our holiday flats 'Alpenhof Grunwald' are right beneath the Panorama Alm. The skihut with apres ski and restaurant is above the vacation rentals.
