The Holiday Apartment

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a farmer's house built in the last years of the eighteenth century.

Totally independent, it has been completely renewed in 2004, and consists of a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, one double room and bathroom with facilities suitable for handicap bearers.

Guests can also enjoy the garden, lined with olive trees, and may pick fresh vegetables from our orchard. Children games are provided for, and the soft beauty and quiet of the surronding landscapes surely help the visitor to relax and rest, maybe tasting a barbecued dinner and a glass of one of the excellent wines, both red and white, of which this area is a fine producer.

Special features

We also offer one very nice double room with private bathroom, located on the first floor of the house: this room is meant to be rented on a B&B basis, but may also be rented together with the apartment at a cost of € 50 per night for two persons.

Location and surroundings

There are many interesting places worth visiting in the area in which the house is built: from the circle walled villages of Ostra and Morro d'Alba (where the famous "Tear of Morro d'Alba" red wine is produced) to the wonderful Frasassi caves, only about 60 km away, one of Europe's most famous complex of subterranean marvels, to the ancient cities of Urbino, Chiaravalle, Fabriano, Jesi, all rich in historical, artistic, cultural and gastronomic tradition. A note is also due to the gorgeous "Riviera del Conero" with its cliffs plounging into one of the cleanest parts of the Adriatic sea, the jewel villages of Sirolo, Numana, Portonovo and numberless other places for which our region is gaining an always rising interest.

   Wir durften im August 2011 das Ferienappartment für unseren Familienurlaub nutzen. Die perfekt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die sehr gastfreundlichen Vermieter sowie der kinderfreundliche Garten mit "Ducky" dem Haushund haben uns sehr gefallen.
   
   Unseren Kindern hat der Aufenthalt seht gut gefallen. Die Nähe des Meeres und seiner öffentlichen Badestrände und das doch schon abseits gelegene typischen Landhaus mit Ferienwohnung in der Hügellandschaft der Marken haben wir sehr genossen.
   Castellos und Grottas sowie Monte Cenero und die umliegenden sehenswerten Städtchen lassen sich mit dem Auto schnell erreichen.
   
   Danke Francesco und Tina für die wunderbaren 2 Wochen, die wir bei euch genießen durften, sowie eure ungezwungene Gastfreundschaft.

   Dieses Jahr sind wir zum dritten Mal an diesen himmlischen Ort zurueck gekehrt! Auch dieses mal war es wunder schoen und erholsam, alles was man von einem entspannten Urlaub erwartet findet man hier. Die Hausherren sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Kinderfreundliches Ambiente und ungezwungene, lockere Atmosphaere bei optimalem Service.

   Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche erlebt in einem sorgfältig renovierten alten Gebäude mit wunderschönem Ausblick, tadellosem Frühstück und einem perfekt englisch-sprechenden Hausherrn.

   Die Ferienwohnung ist neu renoviert und geräumig. Außerdem ist sie behindertengerecht und liegt sehr ruhig mit schönem Ausblick auf dem Lande, aber trotzdem nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Wir haben uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
