The Holiday Apartment
The villa were the apartment is located is in a touristic place on the sea: Marina di Avola, however the apartment is very private. The apartment has habitable surface of approximately 60 sqm + one terrce of approximately 45 sqm.
A comfortable external additional shower refreshes to the return from the sea. The access is totally independent. Furnished of comfortable beds with the doghe. The bed mattress is in latex foam. The house is distant only few meters from beach of golden sand.
