The Villa
The villa is situated in a touristic place on the sea: Lido di Noto, said also Marina di Noto or Noto Marina. However, the house is in a much calm position and has wide spaces around dipped in 1 hectare of garden of lemons.
That makes it the much freshest one of the surrounding zones as the garden is watered in summer. The villa has habitable surface of 75 sqm and one veranda covered of 36 sqm. A comfortable external additional shower refreshes you when you return from the sea.
The house is totally independent. Also the access gate is independent. The vacation house is furnished with comfortable beds. The bed mattress is in latex foam.

Location and surroundings
The vacation house is some hundred of meters away from the golden sand beach. In a little distance, you can go also on foot, proceeding along the coast, the Reserve of Vendicari, naturalistic oasis in which is admitted the bathing.
Games for children: Slide, swing, tricycle, divd divx player for cartoons. We have baby cot and baby high chair. Renting our flat it's possible to get our "Home and boat" service. For each week rented it's possible to book in a 10,00 meters boat length.
A skipper will drive you to see the south-east coast of Sicily, to fish or snorkeling.

The main production of the property are lemons. We share with our guests, depending on the season, the production of oranges, tangerines, loquats, bananas, mulberries, plums, grapes, pears, persimmon, all produced without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The fertilization of the land involved the Horse Paprika, and donkeys Salt and Pepper

For those who arrive by airplane and comes in car or car from the airport of Catania:
To follow Siracusa, meet a highway feature - following Siracusa, Avola and Noto, take the exit "Noto", continue for Lido di Noto.
From Catania they are approximately 80 km towards South, along the coast all highway.
