The Holiday House Park
The Stavromenos Villas are 3 comfortable holiday homes on a slope above the bay of Rethymnon.
The two smaller villas each have 80 sqm of dwelling space and 5 beds. The bigger villa has 95 sqm of dwelling space and 6 beds.
The living-rooms cover satellite color TV sets, DVD and CD players, and open fireplaces. All bedrooms have separate air conditioning units.
The kitchen equipment is modern and very comprehensive. It includes electric hobs with 4 plates, ovens, microwave ovens, and integrated refrigerators/freezers.
Seawards, there is one private garden in front of each living-room, each garden covering a sun terrace and a 23 sqm swimming pool.
Views range far over the bay and the sea, over the town, the port and the White Mountains.
Special features

Stavromenos is one of the villages in the eastern part of the bay of Rethymnon. There are several supermarkets, a butcher's shop, tavernas, kafenions and some other shops.
The New National Road from Rethymnon (12 kms) to Iraklion (71 kms) runs between the village and the beach.
There is an hourly public bus service in both directions, during the season every 30 minutes.
Down here there are also several bigger hotels, and during the season a variety of shops and restaurants are open.
During the season there are many watersports on offer on the beach along the bay such as parasailing, waterski and jet skiing. A watersport center and a dive center are located by one of the hotels.
The nearest sandy beach is an 800 meters footwalk away.

As the villas are just 1 km from the nearest entrance to the National Road, from here the whole West of Crete reveals itself for exploration.
