The Holiday Apartment
“Terrazzo Balcone” is a beautifully restored first floor apartment within our farmhouse named after its wonderful large covered terrace area. This apartment provides spacious accommodation with pretty views of the grounds and surrounding countryside.
There is a large open-plan living room/kitchen and dining area, which has immediate access to a spacious covered terrace area where one can enjoy al fresco dining.
There is a large sofa and a dining table.
The Kitchen is well equipped with a hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Italian coffee maker and kettle.
The double bedroom overlooks the extensive grounds and valley.
There is a mezzanine sleeping level accessed by a staircase from the living area
