	The vacation rental The house is kompl. equipped and homely established! It lies very quietly in a preferential residential area. The small, private plant borders directly on a nature reserve with salt seas, pine groves and dunes which draw themselves up to the sea down. The house is equipped completely and established homely. Eating area is designed open to the spacious livingroom / kitchen. The house further has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Three big terraces and guarantee sunny or shady private couch areas depending on wish, in front or behind the house as well as on the complete roof (Solarium/Terrace). A garden is between the houses with pool for swimmers and non-swimmers.
	The surrounding area You find a supermarket in an immediate proximity. You go to Quesada approx. 10 min. are located all purchase possibilities, banks, doctors, pharmacy, hairdressers, cafés, Restarants, and bars there. Guadamar and Torrevieja are in 10 or 15 car min. reaching. Here the broad promenades invite to a visit with their innumerable cafés, restaurants and bars. One reaches the beach in approx. 10 min. one drives thru the nature reserve, past at the salt lakes, fruit and vegetable plantations. The approx. 11 km long fine sandy beach belongs, to the most beautiful ones the Costa Blanca with its dunes and the interesting vegetation belt.
