Extractable sofa bed with storage box + additional sofa bed with slatted frame and good mattress to accommodate comfortably additional guests. Flat-screen TV (Sat receiver with worldwide programs). 30 sqm terrace to take the sun on the side also with view on the lake. A small Mediterranean garden. Bedroom with comfortable water bed for 2 pers. (hardest version, good for back problems), wardrobe. New bathroom with glass-shower (even with the floor), WC and washbasin.

The small airport of Lugano is 10km away. There is absolutely no noise that could disturb you.

Location and surroundings
The flat is located on the same level as the 2 sunny terraces and the small garden in a newly constructed house with 6 flats, 800m from the Italian border on the Swiss part, in a street a little bit up the hill to allow a magnificent view on the lake and calm ambience due to the blind alley street.
Saturdays is a market in Ponte Tresa (IT), 5 minutes by foot to the bank, post and station. By car: 10 minutes to Lugano, 30 minutes to Como and Lake of Como, 20 Minutes to the Lago Maggiore, 60 minutes to Milan, 30 minutes to the Foxtown (big designer outlet).
3km to the golf course of Magliaso/CH, 20km to the golf course of Varese /IT. Many possibilities for hiking (Monte Bre, Monte Tamaro, Monte Lema, Monto Generoso, San Salvatore, etc.). Many excursions by boat on the lake of Lugano, Lago Maggiore, Lake of Como. Different markets in Italy and Ticino.

Super Wohnung, Super Gastgeber....

Die Wohnung ist einzigartig, ein paar Minuten zu Fuss and den Bahnhof und den Dampfersteg (die Strasse nach Lugano ist chronisch verstopft). Die Wohnung ist mit viel Umsicht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Its The Best.
