The Chalet
Three bedrooms with 6-8 beds are situated on the ground floor, shower room and toilet with floor heating. The fully equipped kitchen is on the first floor as well as the large living room with dining area with table and 8 chairs, sofas and table, toilet and wardrobe. Above the living room is a gallery with additional 5 sleeping places. The balcony is to the south side and offers you a wonderful panoramic view to the Alps. There is a night storage heater in the living room and direct heating in the other rooms.
In summer car parking is possible near the chalet. In winter you reach the chalet with the cable way from the summit station in 5 min.

Location and surroundings
Situated in the middle of Switzerland, embedded in the Bernese and Valais Alps, the chalet is located 2000m above sea level on the Lauchernalp in Lötschenvalley, on the lower part of the Alp in splendid surroundings and only 5 min away from the summit station. Direct access to the skiing area in winter, sleighing slopes and a scenic winter hiking trail are close by. There are about 180 km of hiking trails for beginners and for ambitious hikers. The chalet is an ideal starting point for different sports in snow, for hiking or climbing in the climbing garden or mountainbike excursions. Other leisure activities can be found down in the valley.
