	The vacation rental Country-house/ farm-house for 3 or 4 persons with a big garden, very quiet location, 25 km away from the Costa Smeralda. It has 110 sqm of living space with a fireplace and restored stove which in the past, was used for baking bread. A big property with panoramic views, surrounds the detached country house. THE LAST 2 KILOMETRES BEFORE ARRIVING TO THE HOUSE IS NOT WITH ASPHALT, AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SPORTSCARS. THE FAMILY KEEPS A FEW ANIMALS ON THE PROPERTY, ALSO 2 DOGS VERY GOOD. NEXT TO THE PROPERTY THERE IS A SMALL WORKING FARM, THAT HAS COWS, PIGS, DONKEY
	The surrounding area Lo Stazzù Lu Malchesi is 13 km from the sea and 7 km to Arzachena, a town with good shoppingand restaurants. It is 6 km from Sant'Antonio Gallura a village with 2000 inhabitants and supermarket.
	Activities To the Costa Smeralda 25 km away and to Olbia to the port and airport 30 km. Biking, surfing, swimming, tennis

The interior has lots of character, and has both antique and rustic furniture. The lounge has a fireplace and a TV. The separate kitchen is equipped with cooker/oven and a fridge-freezer. There is a beautiful covered veranda with a stone table .

A big antique furnished master bedroom with 1 double bed ( 1,20 mt wide ) 1 single bed ( 0,90 mt wide )
A second bedroom with 1 single bed ( 1,00 mt wide )1 shower room with WC, washing machine.
A cot is available (pre-book able). There is a large covered terrace area along one side of the house and plenty of shady spots throughout the large garden.

Apartment generally rents by the week, but will consider less days.

Payment: 50% at the time of booking, balance due within one month of arrival.

Changeover Day: Saturday other days on request.

The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda from my house 30 km, otherwise Alghero Fertilia about 125 km.

From Frankfurt and UK there are some cheaper flights with http://www.ryanair.com that arrive in Alghero airport
