The Holiday House Park
Villa Kufika is located on a residential area of vacation apartments, called Mkunguni village. In 2008 the apartment got completed and lays on a 2000 square meters garden estate.
The location offers a cosy terrace and a balcony with the view to a undisguised landscape: african country with imposing Baobab-trees and in the distance you can see the Shimba Hills and dreamlike sunsets.
The villa has 2 bed rooms with a bath room, a kitchen, a big terrace with a dining area, a seating area and a swing.
The upper living room is furnished with furnitures of the african Funzi-style. There is the possibility for two more sleeping possibilities.
All sleeping possibilities are with mosquito nets equipped.

The property of the villa is walled. On the wall is an additional security technology installed.
You have permanently connection to a security company from the vacation apartment.
Smoking is only outside allowed.

The village Diani has one of the most beautiful white palm lined beaches all over the world. In front of the coast is a coral reef, where the waves of the Indian Ocean break themselves. It protects against sharks and strong surf and enables to go swiming in flood. If the tide is out it is possible to walk to the reef.
The beach is at some places almost empty and invites to expanded walks.
In the total coast section are only 15 hotels. Smaller cottages and private villas will promise a quiet vacation in the middle of the luxurious nature, far away from the measure tourism.

Please book your flight to Mombasa on your own. You will get some good prices with Condor. It will take about 1.5 hours from the airport to Diani Beach. (by ferry and car).
We will also arrange the transfer from the airport to Diani beach.
