The villa's frontside	The vacation rental Villa i Tigli is located near Crespina, a medieval village 25km from Pisa. The entire 700 m2 large villa, including the apartment was completely restored in 2002, with high-quality materials and with respect of its original tuscan style. The large apartment (190 m2) is furnished with love for detail in the typical Tuscan style. It provides all comforts and is equipped with the most updated technical supplies, such as Sat. TV (astra, hotbird), HiFi, home theater with dvd player and the possibility to borrow dvds in english (several Disney cartoons), dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, large fridge with freezer etc. All rooms have stunning views over the enchanting countryside. The appartment is in the villa's second floor and has its own entrance, with parking possiblity next to the villa. A wide wooden stair will lead you from the entrance to the second floor where you will find a large living room (2 sofas, one convertible), fully equipped kitchen/dining room (large fridge with freezer, toaster, oven), 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two beds, one with double bed single bed), 3 bathrooms (one with tub, the others with shower). The appartment isavailable either with 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms (for max 7 adults 1 child), or with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (max 4 adults 1 child) In the large garden (26000m2)where you can walk around amongst olive, cyprus and fruit trees you will find a NEW POOL (10.5mX4.5m) with outside shower and garden furniture. The pool is open from June to October. you will see pictures of the new pool as soon as it is ready, but it looks a lot better than the old one (presently on the picture)!
The new pool is ready!!!	The surrounding area The villa is located in a very quiet spot on the top of a hill, at the border of the chianti, on the wine track of the "colline Pisane". Around the villa you will only see olive groves, smooth hills, and some other antique villas, but you will still be near to all facilities. In Crespina (less than 1 mile) you will find a bank, post office, pharmacy, minimarket, butcher. You can buy fresh fruit and vegetable directly from the producer 2km away. If you do not wish to cook you can visit one of the many restaurants near Crespina (within 5km). Besides the apartment is ideally located to make trips to the most interesting tuscan cities: Florence(70km), Pisa(25km), Lucca(45km), Siena(80km), Volterra(50km), San Gimignano(60km)...and to the seaside (35km). If you wish to take a piece of Tuscany back home you can buy Chianti and Olive oil from the producers (competitive prices) in Cenaia (7km)

These prices are for the appartment with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. If you want to rent the whole appartment (3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms), you have to add 200€ per week on the price ( 300€ in July and August).

If you stay for 2 weeks you will get 10% discount on the price.

Arrival and departure on saturday. Check-in after 4pm, check-out until 10am (if not possible please contact us)
Prices include bed linen, bath linen, final cleaning. Heating to pay extra when necessary (october to april)
Payment: you will pay one third of the sum when you make the reservation (either directly on our bank account or by credit card), and the rest on arrival.

During the low-season arrival and departure days other than saturday are possible.
