The Holiday Apartment
Domus Alessandra seems just an oases set between sea and rocks. Your apartment is on the ground floor and connected to a freestanding villa which overlooks the fine white sand beaches and the crystal clear waters. A cozy apartment lain at ca. 300 mt from the white sandy beaches of Orri. A large Mediterranean garden, bbq, outdoor shower and different terraces. Porch. Fenced.
Classification of the apartment: Two bedrooms, a small kitchen adjacent to the living room, bathroom. The living room is equipped with a satellite TV receiver.
The porch overlooking the sea has a tent cover with a motorized remote there where a table and chairs are for outdoor dining. The house is also equipped with a heating pump and an air conditioner.
Special features
Arbatax, which is at a distance of 4 km. is placed on the headland of Bellavista, and is surrounded by a natural scenery of bays and inlets which make it completely unique and fascinating.

Due to the air conditioning and the high energy costs, for the Kitchen-Bath and Bed linen, we are forced to ask an additional charge of €50 per week.An additional fifth person is welcome but has to pay an amount of €45 per week. The apartment is meant for four persons, two bedrooms are available. Though a fifth person will come, this one can sleep in the sofa-bed in the living room.
Location and surroundings
Tortolì is one of the most renowned villages on the eastern coast, rich in citrus groves, characterized by the unique beauty of its coasts with plenty of peculiar reefs of red porphyry and white beaches, such as Lido di Orrì and Porto Frailis which definitely stand out for the whiteness of their sand and the limpidity of their waters.
Several tourist resorts, hotels and camping sites located in some of the most beautiful coves on the coast, can welcome a great number of tourists. Sailing along the wonderful coast it possible to admire some of the most beautiful bays of the Mediterranean: Cala Gonone, Cala Luna, Cala Goloritzè are nowadays very well-know destinations for tourism.
