One-storeyed house with big apartments, is surrounded by a large natural and bloomy garden. Exceptionally
suitable for families or small groups
of people. Barbecue with seats for twenty persons, and garden-shower available.

pleasantly furnished and fully equipped
in order to be functional.
The apartment has A/C and free WIFI.

Location and surroundings

Peaceful bay 700 m away. The beach is very clean and trim offers for water sports, but also drinks at the bar and snacks. Pevckohori (7 Km) is in an area which could justifiably claim to be an ecological paradise, and Paliouri (4,5 Km) offer shopping and entertaiment facilities. Below the facilities in a distance of approx, 900m you can find a Supermarket, taverns, bus station, and gas station in the coastal road in Glarokavos. Paliouri is known for honey and olive oil production, the small traditional roads paint the village with a special color, while 2 km to the northeast of the village lies the renowned and popular beach of CHROUSO, and KSENIA BEACH, where the pine tree forest almost touches the golden sandy beach.

Arrival

By car you travel through Italy, take the ferry from Triest, Venedig, Bari or Brindisi to Igoumenitsa. From there its approx. 500 km, most of it right across the mountains with a panoramic view of breathtaking beauty.
Or approx. 600 km from Patras on a less mountainous road. Alternatively you can also travel through the republics of former Yugoslavia.

If you are planning to travel by plane to Thessaliniki, you can get daily flights to various German airports. From there on you can rent a car or contact us an we pick you up at the airport.

   Wir möchten uns für eine ganz tolle Woche bei Anna bedanken. Es war zwar nur eine Woche und noch dazu im Oktober, aber es war Erholung pur. Anna hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und mit leckeren Speisen empfangen. Da sie perfekt deutsch spricht und tolle Empfehlungen geben konnte, haben wir uns gleich wie zu hause gefühlt.
   
   Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, praktisch eingerichtet und liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Gebiet. Bei der Ankunft ein Anruf bei Anna genügt und sie kommt und weist den Weg. Wir hatten im Oktober 800m Sandstrand nur für uns allein und das Wasser war traumhaft klar und warm. Der Markt in Kassandra ist auch zu empfehlen.
   
   Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und weiterhin so zufriedene Gäste wie wir es waren.

   Wir senden liebe Grüße aus Ehlscheid! Unsere Familie hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Man versorgte uns mit leckerem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten (Nochmals Danke Anna für das super Gemüserezept).
   
   Ich denk noch gern zurück an die wunderschönen, geselligen Abende die wir hier zusammen mit der Familie von Anna inmitten der Zitronenbäume verbracht haben. Auch der Sandstrand ist vor allem für Kinder ein Traum!!! Die Zimmer sind modern und ordentlich, da jeden Tag gereinigt wurde.
   
   Es gibt einiges Sehenswertes für Erwachsene und Kinder zu entdecken, auch dabei waren uns Anna und Vassilis hilfreich.
   
   Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen, wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

   Diese Ferienwohnung kann man bestens empfehlen.
   
   Die Anlage ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Herr und Frau Miroforidis sind nette Leute und sprechen perfekt Deutsch.
   Den Weg dort findet man nicht sofort.
   
   Aber ein Telefon und die Frau Miroforidis ist sofort zur Stelle. Die Wohnungen sind sehr hübsch eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
   Die Wohnungen werden zudem noch in periodischen Abständen gereinigt.
   
   Frau Miroforidis hat uns mit einem Wein und Früchte empfangen.
   Dann brachte Sie noch Zucchini und Olivenöl. So gut war das Ratatouille.
   
   Das Meer ist sauber und warm.
   
   Das Dorf Pefkohori ist schön, an der Promenade ist noch schöner. Aber es gibt noch schönere Dörfer in der Nähe. Die sind besonders schön zum bummeln und autofrei.

   Eine sehr nette Anlage, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
   
   Schöne Grillabende mit griechischer Gitarrenmusik und leckerem Wein, traumhaftes Meer und angenehm ruhig mitten in der Natur.
   
   Vasili vielen Dank für den schönen Ausflug zum Fischen, das war ja ein Riesenfang und das Wasserskifahren hat Riesenspaß gemacht. Meine Frau denkt immer noch an die duftenden Gewürze vom Basar in Kassandra.
