The Holiday House
The rural vacation rental "Moulin de la Canne" is situated at the end of a lane (cul-de-sac) just outside the small village of Cersot, near the medieval town of Buxy, 12 miles from Chalon-sur-Saône, halfway between Dijon and Lyon.
The factory chimney reminds us of the steam machine that drove the mill in times of drought.
Across the bridge, on the other side of the river there is a sports field.
You can swim and fish in the river in the part of the river that has been dredged to a depth of 7 feet; children can play in the shallow river
Moulin de la Canne consists of three separate holiday homes:
- 'Le Meunier': suitable for 9 / 11 people
- 'Le Moulin': suitable for 15 people
- 'L' Etable': suitable for 4 people
