German artist Petra Heitkoetter invites you to live in her vacation apartments Rubino und Classico which have a special ambience. You will be surrounded by modern art. The apartments are for 1-2 personsand have TV, WLan, light breakfast. The area is very peaceful.

Location and surroundings

The Dependance de Arte is situated in a peaceful area not far from the city center and all the interesting sights - cultural, shopping and financial districts - can be easily reached. Within 5 minutes you can reach the highway and tram will take you to the main train station or center within 10 minutes. The art academy is in a distance of a pleasant walk. There are nice pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Arrival

By train:
Get off at the train station take tram line 10, direction Gröpelingen. After 12 minutes you get off at the Gustavstr. from going in the same direction and come after 3 minutes left to Helgolandstraße.
Taxi takes about 5 minutes, cost 9-10 €

By plane:
Get on the tram and leave at Domsheide. Take tram 2 direction Gröpelingen.
Get off at the Gustavstr. from going
in driving direction and come to
3 minutes left to Helgolandstraße. Duration approximately 25 minutes. Taxi

   Ich dürfte mehrmals die Gastfreundlichkeit in verschiedenen Wohnungen in Anspruch nehmen und war überall mehr als zufrieden. Den Luxus in einer fremden Stadt zu sein und trotzdem das Gefühl zu haben als käme man nach Hause, hab ich auf vielen reisen noch nirgends so vorgefunden wie in Bremen. Und das zu einem super Preis. Kann ich jedem mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und komme selbst gerne wieder.

   Pour moi, aller à Brême, c'est loger chez Pétra!
   En entrant dans la maison, on entre dans l'univers de Pétra : un monde de tableaux bleu, or, noir, rouge, de grenouilles au ventre rond. Un univers poétique où l'oeil ne s'ennuie jamais.
   On s'assoit sur des chaises de princesses rouge et or et on devient princesse...
   L'accueil est chaleureux. L'hôtesse est joyeuse, discrète et amicale.
   Cet endroit est rare. Il est recommandé de garder l'adresse égoïstement pour soi...

   Ich habe mehrmals bei Petra eine Wohnung gemietet und habe mich dort besonders wohl gefühlt. In der Apartment Dependance de Arte zu wohnen ist wirklich ein sehr besonderes Erlebnis.

   Ich war zu Gast in der Künstlerpension Petra Heitkötter und habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Atmosphäre dort verhilft zu kreativen Gedanken für die kommenden Projekte. Vielen dank! Henriette Cejpek

5. Man fühlt sich zuhause

   Schrecklich sind die gestylten Hotelzimmer in unpersönlichem Look.
   Genauso die Pensionen, die vor Jahren mal investiert haben und in denen Spuren vergangener Besucher zu finden sind.
   So empfand ich es als extrem angenehm, hier zu wohnen; denn die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe ausgewählt und ich fühlte mich wohl, ein bisher unbekanntes Gefühl in einem Hotelzimmer.
   Hier komme ich gern wieder. Das ist auch gut für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen.
