The German artist Petra Heitkötter invites you to live in her apartments their Belle Etage and Suite. Surrounded by modern art you live close to the center in a quiet street. Two individually designed and lovingly furnished apartments, some with wooden floors, kitchens, bathrooms, chandeliers, television available. Internet access whireless Lan. Smoking on the balcony or in front of the house.

Location and surroundings

The art salon is situated in a peaceful area not far from the city center and all the interesting sights - cultural, shopping and financial districts - can be easily reached. Within 5 minutes you can reach the highway and tram will take you to the main train station or center within 10 minutes. The art academy is in a distance of a pleasant walk. There are nice pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

By train:
Get off at the train station take tram line 10, direction Gröpelingen. After 12 minutes you get off at the Gustavstr. from going in the same direction and come after 3 minutes left to Helgolandstraße.
Taxi takes about 5 minutes, cost 9-10 €

By plane:
Get on the tram and leave at Domsheide. Take tram 2 direction Gröpelingen.
Get off at the Gustavstr. from going

   Ich hatte mit meinem Mann und meiner Tochter sehr schöne erholsame Tage in einem wunderschönen Haus. Die Wohnung war super gelegen und außergewöhnlich ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

   Wir sind als Paar mit zwei Kindern (12 und 15) zum "Bremer Karneval" angereist und wollten uns bei dieser Gelegenheit auch Bremen ansehen. Also wurde eine Ferienwohnung für das ganze Wochenende gesucht - und schnell gefunden!
   
   Erster E-Mail-Kontakt und Begrüßung bei Anreise war super nett, es gab viele Anregungen und Vorschläge für unseren Aufenthalt. Unter anderem suchten wir für eine Verabredung mit Freunden ein nettes Restaurant...
   
   Das nahe gelegene "El Mundo" war ein toller Tipp-danke! Wir haben zu sechst sehr lecker gegessen und trotz großem Hunger alle nur etwa die Hälfte geschafft - auch die Preise waren in Ordnung!
   
   Die FeWo im Kunstsalon liegt gut erreichbar nahe der Strassenbahnlinie 10, welche uns auch direkt in die Stadtmitte und in die Oststadt fuhr, was ohne Umsteigen zu müssen sehr angenehm war. Vom Hauptbahnhof ist die Wohnung schnell und gut zu erreichen und auch Parkplätze sind vor der Tür zu finden.
   
   Die Belle Etage selbst ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Die Betten waren schon bezogen, Handtücher und Stauraum ausreichend vorhanden und dann auch noch eine super Grundausstattung für das Frühstück - DAS gibt es nicht überall!
   
   Fazit: neben dem Ambiente stimmte auch sonst alles - wir kommen gerne wieder und können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

   I recommend Petras appartements to people, who like individuality and personal approach. You will find no two identically furnished rooms in her house. Every room is decorated with original artworks. And every morning you get a wonderful breakfast - exactly the things you like to have and you are used to have at home, does not matter wherever you come.
   
   The great variety of (and in) Petras houses make every stay there a little adventure.
