The Holiday Apartment

Our vacation apartment got recently rated with 4 ****stars by the swiss tourism association.
Attractive and nice 3,5 room vacation apartment with a panoramic view to the sea and mountains.
Quiet at the edge of the forest located to the south on a slope with a maximum of 6 beds.
Really nice equipped in combination with recent designer and antique rustic furnitures.
In 2007 all rooms got a new carpet.
We have a huge range of really intersting books. In the roomy living and dining room is the possibility to have two comfortable (100x190) fold-away beds.

Special features

The vacation home includes:
roomy entry area, a bright living- and dining room with a jutty, a balcony, a fireplace in the living room, one of the sleeping romms has access to the balcony, the second sleeping room is with two bunk beds, the kitchen is new and has also access to the balcony, bathroom and toilet and a large garage

Additional amenities

One of the bedroom has an extra washstand with cold and hot water, as well as some drawers and a mirror. You have enough space for your stuff and a vanity mirror.
Moreover you are able to darken all rooms. In the house is a washing machine and a clothes dryer.
Change of linen during your stay upon request.

Radio stereo systems, digital CD, stereo TV.
If you want you can have a barbecue at the large and comfortable fireplace in the living room.
In total there are 8 chairs in our flat.

Location and surroundings

Surlej (altitude:1875 m) is a part of the community Silvaplan submonotan to the Julierpass, amidst to the impressive scenery of the seascape. Surlej is to the opposite site surrounded by the distinctive 3000 meter high ski and hiking mountain, Piz Corvatsch.
Optimum premises for all kinds of summer and winter adventures!
120 meters byway to the skischool, the training area and skilift. A drag lift will get you to the valley station and from there you can go up to a altitude of 3400 meters.
Just in front of the house ends the coasting slide, as well as some hiking and walking paths.

Arrival

By car: From the customs in Basel you can use the freeway to Chur. Exit Reichenau E 13 to Thusis towards Tiefencastel, Julierpass, St. Moritz.
At the Julierpass is Silvaplana, opposite to the sea is the district Surlej and you have reached your destination.
You also have the option to come by train to St. Moritz.

   In der schönsten Region der Alpen gelegen dem Oberengadin.
   Komfortable perfekt eingerichtete moderne Wohnung...
   Traumhaft die Abende vor dem knisternden Kaminfeuer zu verbringen. so wie ich mir Ferien wünsche... Grosse eigene Garage, viel Platz für Sportgeräte...Ideal gelegen, Skischule auch schon für kleine Kinder, Pisten und Luftseilbahn, Loipen. Ebenso Spazierwege und Schlitteln, dies alles in nächster Nähe. Super!!!
   Ein Aufenthalt schöner als im Hotel und viel, viel günstiger.

   Ich freue mich sehr Frau Oet, das Sie sich in meiner Ferienwohnung so wohl fühlten und des Lobes voll sind. MERCI. Es kommt sicherlich auch daher, das mir das Wohl meiner Gäste stets das größte Anliegen bedeutet und für den Unterhalt meiner Ferienwohnung, die auch teilweise Vermietet wird habe ich glücklicherweise ein langjähriges gutes Team auf das ich mich immer verlassen kann.
   
   Zudem freut es mich, das Sie auch wie viele meiner Gäste, besonders die romantische Gemütlichkeit vor dem Kamin genießen. Ein Stoß Postkarten und freundliche Briefe zeugen davon.
