The Holiday Apartment
Family- and pet-friendly holiday home with separate entrance (ca 30m² apartment on the ground floor), bedroom with king size bed 180x200, beddings included, camp bed for 3rd person available; self-catering: eat-in kitchen, fitted kitchen, electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, en suite, towels included. Floor heating, SAT TV/radio; ca 3000m² ground enclosed by a wire-mesh fence of 1.20 to 1.50 m high, parking space, bycicles available, barbecue available.
Special features
The former farm house from 1950 is totally reconstructed. There is a country styled holiday home on the ground floor with a separate entrance door. Due to the fact that the fringe around the house is not yet completed, the prices are comparatively moderate.

Location and surroundings
The property is surrounded on three sides by fields. In a westward direction you have a beautiful view to Wolgast City, often you can watch fantastic sunsets. At the east side a guesthouse adjoins the property. Distance to the next city (Wolgast) is about 3 km. By car it takes you only 15 min to the seaside resorts Zinnowitz (6 km) or Trassenheide (5km).
By bycicle it takes you about half an hour to the next seaside resort Trassenheide.

Arrival
If you go by car please enter the island on road B 111 passing through Wolgast City. Having passed the tamoil petrol station at the city limit carry on for 800 m, then turn to the right entering a small way that leads directly to Achterwiek house.
