The location is practical to reach from airport and close to all interesting sights and the centre of Munich. If you rent a car, the location of the flat is the best strategic point to drive to all interesting areas around Munich (like castle New Schwanstein) and secondly to reach all important high ways 'Autobahnen'. Shopping possibilities are around the corner.
The situation is very quiet and your view goes to the width and to green arrangements.

The position is traffic-technically very favorable, because the apartment is close to the S8 railway station (like tube) of the airport line and from this station it takes only 15 minutes to the city center (station is called “Englschalking”). Walking distance to the flat 5 minutes.
