The Holiday Apartment
A charming high-class vacation apartment awaits you. The entrance area and complete bathroom have granite floors and built-in closets with large storage room. A large light-flooded living room (35qm) communicates an ambience of generosity and comfort. Two cushy leather sofas, that can be converted into comfortable beds, invite you to relax inbetween antiquities of Mahagoni.
A designer dining table for 4 persons, which is extendable for 6 persons, with bright leather chairs and high-class kitchenette go without saying. In the bedroom is a french leather bed (1,60m wide with single mattresses). The living room has a LCD television screen, internet and a beautiful view on the garden.
The overall impression is appealing and tastfull.

Pets on request. Child bed and high chair are available for free. Coin washing machine and dryer are in the house. Internet access with W-LAN and cable TV.

Additional amenities
The new white bathroom has a bathtub, granitic floor and wash-basin, floor cupboard and mirror cabinet with sliding doors. A modern towel dryer gives warmth. Own bed linen and towels can be brought but on request an extensive linen and towel package will be at your disposal for 12 Euro a person. This package includes freshly covered beds.The floors in the hallway, living room and bed room are made of laminate.
Location and surroundings
Convenient location (U1-subway, bus station 3 minutes distance), direct bus connection to HH trade fair, with the U1 four stations to central station / Mönckebergstr., perfect starting point for sightseeing places, such as the townhall, harbour, St. Pauli/Reeperbahn, the Michel. Also a perfect starting point for shopping or cultural activities: musea, opera, theater, musicals, minature railway, fish market, expositions in the trade fair pavilion etc. And Hamburg has to offer a lot more!
All stores for the daily needs and international restaurants can be reached easily from the vacation apartment. You will find peace at the Eilbek-canal or in one of the parks in front of the apartment. Whether for business men, tourists, trade fair visitors, conference participants, it is the perfect apartment.

Gemütliche Wohnung

wir haben uns in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns direkt heimisch gefühlt.
Die direkte Anbindung an die U-Bahnstation war toll, nur über die Straße und schon war man da. Alle 5 Minuten kam eine U-Bahn, so dass man keine lange Wartezeiten hatte. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit war man in der Innenstadt, ein Auto braucht man in Hamburg wirklich nicht.
Auch der nette Kontakt zu Frau Siegert vor Anreise und auch danach, da fühlt man sich rundum gut betreut.
Wir werden, wenn wir wieder in Hamburg sind, nur diese Ferienwohnung nehmen.

by A. Frommelt from WachauVielen Dank für die tolle Suite. Alles war Ordentlich und auch die Möglichkeit das Auto abzustellen war immer gegeben. Prima war auch die Nähe zur U-Bahn und die gute Versorgungsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Können wir gerne weiter empfehlen.

100 metres from the u-bahn. Handy for the city centre and the airport.
Wide range of shops etc around, including an Italian restaurant downstairs which did tasty pizzas.
I would strongly recommend Lubeck as a place to visit and Niederregger's cafe there as a place to sit down and enjoy excellent cakes. -

Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang und die nette Einweisung in die schöne Eilbek-Suite. Es war an alles gedacht und super gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch das Auto und unsere Fahrräder hatten einen guten Platz gefunden. Durch die Nähe der U-Bahnstation haben wir Hamburg und Umgebung bequem erreichen können. Sehr nützlich war uns die Hamburg Card (5 Tage) man konnte mit allen Bahnen; Bussen und Schiffen sowie Museumsbesuche nutzen. Hamburg ist eine Reise wert und wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.
