The vacation rental
This enterprise is characterized for its familiar environment in a space with 12 apartments of typologies T0, T1 and T2 distributed by two houses.
The manor house was restored although keeping its original design, while the other house, of recent building, respects the same plan.
All apartments are provided with veranda or private garden with mountain and sea sight.
The building is well equipped with modern pattern of construction from which we point out the careful isolation thermal and acoustic, it offers as well:

Ample landscaped zones confer to "Casa da Capelinha" a calm and tranquil atmosphere, where the strong presence of the lagar (place where the grapes were squeezed) reminds the recent wine activity which was the main occupation.
You can also find at Ponta Delgada :
- New public bathing complex of Ponta Delgada at 100 m
- Bank, Pharmacy, Restaurant, Minimarket, Post office and Hairdresser, about 300 m
- Area for the practise of Surf between Ponta Delgada and São Vicente , about 2km. |

The surrounding area
Situated in a rural environment of the north Coast of Madeira Island, about 40min from the airport, the Casa da Capelinha, situated in the lowest part of Ponta Delgada , benefits from the proximity to the sea and from the magnificent sight to the mountain.
The small chapel, built at 16 th century, receives its name due it integrates the unit.
The Chapel of Reis Magos, as it is identified, can be visited for its historical interest as well as for the magnificent, completely restored, paintings framed with golden engraved wood.

Travel information
From Ribeira Brava drive along Serra D’Agua on the direction to São Vicente in the north coast. When you arrive at São Vicente, turn to the right on the road near the sea, on the direction to Ponta Delgada.
When you arrive at Ponta Delgada, you will find some signs saying “Casa de Turismo de Habitação” and “Casa da Capelinha”, you can find the house near the public swimming pool at Ponta Delgada. |
