	The vacation rental Enjoy your holidays at our Residence Speckerhof which is situated in a special sunny place. The 7 spacious vacation apartments furnished in South Tyrolean style offer you a wonderful view over the gigantic mountain world of South Tyrol. Breakfast and dinner will be served in the South Tyrolean lounge with a cosy, warm tiled stove. Do you love to cater for yourself? No problem - use our bread delivery service. Next to our residence there is a farm where you can see cows, calves, pigs, cats, rabbits and chickens in their natural environment. Farmer “Hans” will answer all your questions you have about the farm. After an eventful trekking tour or an exhausting ski day relax in our indoor swimming pool Alpinpool for free.
	The surrounding area One skipass – 3 ski areas – Maranza – Gitschberg – Jochtal and Plose. Skibus-service for free from Maranza to Jochtal and Gitschberg. Coming from the North/Brennero or the South on the motorway A22, exit Bressanone/Valle Pusteria. Exit direction Brunico/Val Pusteria (E45) and after approx. 3 km before the tunnel, turn right direction Rio Pusteria. From Rio Pusteria you reach Maranza driving along the approx. 8 km long street.
