	The vacation rental This two room holiday flat is part of a family home in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The holiday flat is very sunny since it points towards the South/West and has its own, newly renovated garden, which includes a perch and a bbq. Also, there is a car parking.
	The surrounding area The next bus-stop is within two minutes of walking distance. The trainstation, several stores, a bank, and a postal office are within ten minutes of walking distance. There are a thermal bath and two different golf-courses three kilometers down the road. The base station of the "Pizolbahn", a first-class skiing area is a short ten minute drive away. The "Walensee" a beautiful lake 20 km down the road is always very inviting for a quick dip. Zürich, one of the cities with highest quality of life can be reached within an hour.
	Activities In the summer time Maienfeld is a great starting point for bicylce tours, hiking or other alpine sports. The crystal-clear "Walensee" (20 km) also is very tempting. The very well known skiing resorts Kloster/Davos and Flims can each be reached within 45 minutes.
