	The vacation rental Private Spanish villa surrounded of lovely Mediterranean gardens with pool, palms, lemons and orange trees, lawn, several terraces, and spots for relaxing. From everywhere you have a panorama view of the mountains, valley and the ocean. We offer you modern suites under a German management with two floors, completely equipment for 2 persons and separate entrance as well as terrace of our own with ocean view. Kitchenette (for self providers) and in the upper floor leave the bedroom with an adjacent bath (shower/toilet) open for a comfortable living room with digital SAT-TV (ASTRA) which leaves no wishes unfulfilled.
	The surrounding area The apartment “"das kommunikative haus" is between Malaga and Marbella, a beautiful small town in the classical Spanish style and as "Villa Blanca” a popular tourist attraction on the outskirts of Mijas Pueblo. Restaurants and business are attainable on foot. Ideal starting point for beach vacations or excursions. The Atlantic is also only 1 hour remote.
	Activities More than 60 golf courses give the coast the name "Costa Del golf" anyway this is not all what that coast offers. Did you know that the only horse race track in South Spain is only 15 minutes away and that there is the only oval bullfight arena in Mijas? Of course all water sports like swimming, surfing etc. are possible.
