	The vacation rental The property consists of three small villas situated in a property just off the seaside. All balconies have uninterupted views of the stunning scenery and view of the island Ithaka, the island of Ulisees. The property is ideally situated 5 minutes walk away of the nearest beach and six minutes walk to the Fiscardo harbour. In the harbour in the summer there are many shops and restaurants while in the winter and early spring there is only one restaurant and a caffe. The villas are situated in a plot of 6000 sqm of mainly unspoiled nature that is just of the coastline and although it is very close to the village it is very quiet even in the summer.
	The surrounding area Fiscardo is located in the Northern part of Kefalonia. It is surrounded by dense forests of cypress trees that reach down to the crystal and beautifuly coloured sea waters. When you visit Fiscardo you can understand why this picturesque fishing village has become also a "compulsory" stop for the yachting people sailing the Ionian. The village is protected by the Greek goverment so that the village retains its Venetian architecture.The harbour is surounded by Venetian style houses that are well maintained. There have been also archeological findings with the most recent a small theater that is currently under excavation. In the winter and early spring, the area is very quiet ideal for nature loving people. Fishing has always good chances.
