The vacation rental
This first floor apartment has a private staircase leading to a small balcony where a door leads into the kitchen area, well equipped with a full oven and fridge/freezer fitted amongst the tidy run of cupboards. The bright and modern living area is nicely furnished with table and chairs and a sofa bed, which could be useful should you wish to take a 5th person. French doors lead from the living room onto the lovely covered dining balcony, with views over the gardens towards the sea and the Isola Tavola beyond. The twin bedroom has windows looking over the gardens and the double bedroom has French doors which open to the private rear balcony, an ideal spot to read your favourite book in enjoying the views and peace. |

The surrounding area
The village of Monte Pedrosu is just 600m away, within a 15mins stroll and conveniently offers a choice of two trattorias, as well as a café, a butcher and a small supermarket but if you like to be spoilt for choice, then you won’t be disappointed by the buzzing town of San Teodore, just a 10 mins drive with an array of shops and restaurants and in the evening its street host local arts & crafts markets, and also San Teodoro is blessed with a vast gently shelving white sand beach that would compete on equal terms with some of the best of the Caribbean.
