The 1,000 m² property has a direct access to the Caloosahatchee-River providing a private boat dock. Because of its 640 km of canals, Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America. A lovely pool area with its brand new lovely electric heatable and screened pool is perfect for lazing around. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
Pool	The surrounding area Your residence in Cape Coral is the perfect starting point for activities of all sorts. Here you find shopping, beaches, sports and more. Sanibel and Captiva, two of the numerous barrier islands, can be reached by boat and car fast, just like Ft. Myers. The Everglades with alligator farms and the popular airboat tours are also within one hour by car. Trips to Bush Gardens in Tampa, the Babcock-Ranch are also close to Ft. Myers. Orlando with it's many attractions is a must.
