	The vacation rental Our non smoking vacation apartment is designed for 2 persons. The vacation apartment, about 64 m², is equipped with a very well decorated sleeping room with a queen size bed and a living room. It has a sofa changeable to a queen size bed. Also there is a modern furnished kitchen, a bath room and a large roof-deck. The apartment is ideal for residing during journey for one night up to several weeks. It has a nice private atmosphere on high standard. The modern furnished kitchen offers a micro-wave oven, cooking area, dishes and towels. Bath towels and bedding are also included in our service.
	The surrounding area Our vacation apartment, located 15 minutes walk away to the local train station, is situated in the privileged side of Hofheim at edge of a forest. The sight out of the living room offers you a panoramic view over the Rhein-Main-Area. High recreational value ensures concerning immediate approach to hiking trails with numerous taverns. A water park with bath and sauna world, several fitness and sports clubs and a golf course complete the offers in town. It takes you about 15 minutes by car subject to traffic to get to any important destination in the area, for example the Cities of Frankfurt, Wiesbaden or Mainz, Frankfurt Airport and Fair. By train it takes about 30 minutes to get to Fair Frankfurt.

If you`d like to stay longer you can get a special discount (approx. 13% for one week, 33% for 4 weeks). The rate for one week is 550 Euro for 1 or 2 persons.
By using the changeable sofa in the living room we charge 25 Euro per night for each adult or up to 2 children.

For reservation we need a prepay rate of 50% by bank transfer. The other 50 % you would pay by arriving in our vacation apartment (cash or by prepay bank transfer – sorry, we cannot take credit cards).
