The vacation rental
Our holiday flat comprises 70 m2 plus 20 m2 balcony, it is cosy furnished and suitable for 2 to 6 persons.
There are
two bedrooms with two beds each,
one living room with tilted stove and sleeping couch
one small, but well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge,
bathroom with washing machine

Colour-SAT-TV, radio CD-player.
Our house is suitable for summer als well as for winter guests. You can reach the Kaiserburg-cablecar, the new Roman Thermal Bath, the long distance slope and the shops within five to eight minutes by car. |

The surrounding area
Our house is situated in the part Zirkitzen of Bad Kleinkirchheim, much higher than the valley in 1250 m above sea level, on a very sunny and quiet slope with beautiful view on the valley and the mountains.
A summer holiday in Bad Kleinkirchheim is very interesting on account of the multitude of hiking possibilities in the beautiful Nock-Mountains and some Carinthian lakes nearby.
In winter, it is an attractive skiing resort with a multitude of cablecars and lifts.

Activities
In Bad Kleinkirchheim there are two thermal baths, the new Roman-Thermal bath is famous for its splendid saunas.
Some lakes - Lake of Feld am See, Lake of Afritz and Lake of Millstatt can be reached by car within a quarter of an hour.

The prices mentioned above are valid for 4 persons.
The Ski-Thermalbaths-Weeks run from 14 March up to 13 April, in this period the use of all cablecars and lifts is free, entry of the thermal baths is reduced by 50 per cent.
In the prices all taxes, the warm water and the wood for the tilted stove are included. The guests pay only Euro 30, -- for cleaning fee and the actual cost of electricity according to the meter.
