	The surrounding area It's a few steps away from the Place de la Bastille, Place de Vosges, Garde Republicaine, Opéra Bastille, Père Lachaise, Seine-River, Notre-Dame de Paris, Marais-Quarter etc. The Louvre is just 15 minutes by foot away. The Marais area starts behind the next boulevard. The "theatre de la Bastille" is in the neigbouring house und in this trendy quarter of Paris you'll find many restaurants, pubs and cafes with dancing. The next grocery and bakery is downstairs. The trafic connections are perfect, you can take Bastille, Voltaire or Ledru Rollin. The bus 76, that stops directly at the front brings you to Notre Dame de Paris, Louvre, Eiffel - Tower, Musée d'Orsay within 10 minutes.
