Wellcome to the Annenhof	The vacation rental Central and quiet and just a few minutes away from the Thermal Bath "Rottal Terme" and the golf course "Bella Vista", the Annenhof invites you to be our guest. In our vacation appartements you'll find separate lving- and sleepingrooms, a complete kitchen, TV, shower and WC. Our breakfast is famous for Mrs. Brandmeier's homemade marmalades. We offer you a reduced entrance fee to the "Vitarium" in our thermal bath and the green fee for our golf course "Bella Vista". You want to enjoy the area by cycling? there's an own garage for your bicycles. Before the house was built, our farm was at the same place. A farm we call "hof" in bavaria and since then were three generations of ladies named "Anna" in our family, so we named the new house "Annenhof".
our garden's pond	The surrounding area Bad Birnbach offers you a lot of culture with concerts, operettes and theaters. Our area is famous for the number of wonderful old churches like in Aldersbach, Asbach, Sammarei or Passau. By the way: in Passau you shouldn't miss the concert in the cathedral on the world's biggest church-organ. And don't forget to see the three rivers of the town, the danube, the inn and the ilz by ship. Get a look on the past of Niederbayern (lower Bavaria) and visit the open-air museum in Massing. There you find a lot of old bavarian farms of different age. And - last but not least: Salzburg the town of Mozart is less than one hour drive from here: you can visit the houses where Mozart was born and where he used to live later on.
